Vehicle Sanitization
High-touch surfaces like door handles and internal handles should be frequently cleaned between trips. Every vehicle must be thoroughly sanitized with disinfectant before the start of each and every trip. Masks are mandatory for all employees, and passengers should be requested to keep their masks on throughout the journey. Hand sanitizers should be readily available at all times.
Driver hygiene guidelines
- Drivers should carry alcohol-based hand sanitizer for their personal use and make it available for passengers.
- Drivers should turn off the air conditioning and open windows to minimize air recirculation.
- Social distancing should be maintained at all the times.
- The consistent use of good quality masks is mandatory while on duty.
- Temperature checks will be conducted for employees before the commencement of each trip.
- High-touch surfaces within vehicles, such as door handles and internal handles, should be frequently cleaned between trips.
- Employees must follow standard cleaning procedures at the end of each shift as part of good hygiene practices.
- Drivers should refrain from handshaking or any physical contact with passengers.
- Drivers are required to self-assess their health before starting each shift.
- Cee Enn Mobility drivers may be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days if they exhibit any flu-like symptoms.
- Drivers must avoid traveling to designated hotspots, containment zones, and other prohibited areas within the city.
